All the depositors who have pending dues receivable before March 22, 2022, are eligible for this refund.

– Then, enter the Captcha and click on Get OTP.

– Once logged in, give your consent as prompted by Aadhar. 

-On the next page, accept the terms and conditions by clicking “I Agree.” It is advisable to go through the document before providing any consent.

– In the next screen, enter your 12-digit Aadhaar Number and click “Get OTP.” 

– Enter the OTP and click “Verify OTP.”

– After verifying the OTP, your Aadhaar user details are displayed. The details include the First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Father/Mother Name, etc.

– Users can also enter their email id and click the Next button.

-Enter the details displayed on the Certificate of Deposit.

– Then click “Submit Claim” to view all the details.

– Interestingly, you can click on “Add Claim” to add the details of all pending claims. 

– On entering all the claim details, the pre-filled claim request form will be prepared. Cross-check all of your claims before skipping to the next page.

– Then affix your latest photograph and sign the claim form. 

– Upload the claim form and a copy of your PAN card on the “Upload Document” screen. (PAN card is mandatory if the claim amount is Rs 50,000 or more)
