GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) is another reputed examination in India for higher education.
This is a national level exam being conducted by the GATE Committee having members from IISC, Bangalore and other IIT’s on behalf of the National Coordinating Board, Department of Education, and Ministry of Human Resources Development.
The GATE score is valid for a couple of years, and you can use the score to enroll in the Master’s program and for public sector units.
There are many PSUs who now consider the GATE score for the initial evaluation for the openings. Since then the value has been increased a lot, and multiple people appear for the examination. This is the reason GATE Cutoff is going high.
