BITS is considered in the row of prestigious IITs and is known for their quality academics, entrepreneurship based study, and excellent placement. In this article, I will tell you everything you should know about B.Tech from BITS. If you are willing to take admission in BITS then you will have to appear for the test known as BITSAT. The BITS Pilani will conduct Birla Institute of Technology and Science Admission Test (BITSAT).
About BITSAT
It is a test that is being conducted by the university every year for the admission in various department of engineering. If you are willing to take part in BITSAT then you will have to fill BITSAT Application Form.
The exam usually happens during the 2nd week of May. The examination will be held in a window of almost 14 days. The candidates will be able to choose BITSAT exam center, date, and slot but only if they will submit the application form and fee in the prescribed format.
There will be a common test to fill the sheets in all the three branches of BITS- BITS Goa, BITS Hyderabad, and BITS Pilani.
Depending on the rank of the candidates, they can choose any of these colleges in their respective branches.

BITSAT Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria are almost similar to what other entrance exams demand with few changes. Here are the consolidated lists-
- Candidate must have cleared 10+2 examinations, with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as core subjects.
- The candidate must have secured an aggregate of 75% in PCM and in each subject the marks of the candidates should not be less than 60%.
